Conferences

There are 2 conference venues and separate boardroom which all contain whiteboards, flip charts, a DVD player, a screen, a data projector and video conferencing. Any other AV equipment can be arranged at an additional cost.

• Children aged 12 years and younger (maximum one child per room) will be accommodated free of charge on a Bed Only basis if sharing with one or two adults, but will be charged for meals.
• Children occupying their own rooms will be charged the full adult rate.

Directions

By Road

From Cape Town International Aiport, take the N2 in the direction of Cape Town city centre. Follow this N2 road all the way around the city centre until you pass the Cape Town International Convention Centre – CTICC – on the left-hand side. You will come to a set of trafic lights with the V & A Waterfront on the right-hand side. Turn right into the V & A Waterfront and continue until you reach a traffic circle. Continue straight over the circle and follow this road, which is Portswood Road. Look out for the hotel, which will be a little further on, on yur left-hand side.
