Forty-seven luxury bedrooms boast a look that is clean, simple, and elegant and follows an African flavour. Natural, bold colors stand confident and proud, enhancing an ethnic feel throughout the lodge. Furnishings and mirrors are a deep Imbuia wood, complemented by rich textures in the fabrics and blinds, whilst ethnic art dramatically showcases the walls of the bedroom. World class cuisine in a variety of dining venues, combine the enjoyment of rich tantalizing menu’s with the tranquility of the bushveld.

Situated within the footprint of the Mabula Game Lodge – the stunning Mabula Villa targets small and intimate groups of close friends or family wishing to have an exclusive safari experience. More importantly is the absolute freedom to create your own safari experience that suits your requirements. The Safari host will discuss daily dining times, safari times and additional activities or experience with the guests on a daily basis leaving everyone free to enjoy the experience on their own clocks!

The Mabula Villa will provide guests with their own Ranger to explore the Big 5 environment of the Mabula Game Reserve. A team of Chef, Butler, Housekeeper and Villa Manager will complete the guest experience. Six well-appointed ensuite bedrooms will accommodate a maximum of 10 people. The attractive bar is fully stocked according to the guests’ requirements and guests staying at the villa are able to do their safaris at their leisure at any time during the day and are also able to add evening drives to their experiences.

Directions

Self-dive instructions: 

Take N1 freeway towards Pretoria
Turn off onto Polokwane highway. Follow the road to Bela Bela.
Take the Bela Bela Settlers Codrington off ramp.
Turn left at a yield sign and proceed for ± 5kms to T – junction turn right.
Go over bridge and turn left at the garage. Follow Thabazimbi Road.
Follow road past the Forever Resorts Aventura down to the traffic circle
At circle, turn left on the Thabazimbi Rooiberg Road and proceed along for 34km.
Look out for the “Mabula Trading Store”. 500m past the store turn right on Rooiberg Road.
Follow Mabula signs for 11kms to Mabula gate.
