Wildlife

Guests frequently sight the Big Five during their stay, along with cheetah, hippo, wild dog and a large variety of antelope. Evening game drives reveal the more rarely seen nocturnal creatures, such as porcupine, aardwolf, genet, serval, white tailed mongoose, civet and brown hyena. Rock dassies, baboon and klipspringer occur frequently in the rocky landscape of the southern Kruger, while giraffe graze on the tall trees and herds of wildebeest and zebra occur in the open plains.
