Komati River Chalets is nestled on the confluence of the Komati and Crocodile Rivers in the Southern Kruger Park region of Mpumalanga’s wild frontier. Situated on 12 acres of Komati river front wilderness ensures that this is one of the regions premier country estates.

The famous Kruger National Park, Crocodile bridge gate is a mere 12km from the lodge and the sweet veld grasses of the South Eastern Kruger National Park ensure that this is arguably the best game viewing area of the entire park as vast herds of plains game and predators alike are attracted to the spoils of this pristine area.

Both Mozambique and Swaziland are but a stone throw from Komati River Chalets providing the perfect base from which to explore both exotic destinations.

Accommodation

Chalets: There are fourteen chalets either with twin or double bed configurations.  The rooms are spacious and an extra single bed can be facilitated in each room on request for either a third person or children sharing basis. A surcharge is applicable for this service.

The chalets are tastefully decorated, comfortable and a home away from home atmosphere pervades.

Each room comes standard with air conditioning, television with DSTV bouquet, built in cupboards, digital safe and en suite bathroom.  A kitchenette with full self catering ability, including appliances and utensils is also a standard feature in every room. All rooms have their own private patio and braai facilities leading out from the bedroom.

Family Cottages: The family cottages each consist of two bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms, and both bedrooms lead into a spacious central open plan lounge and kitchen.

Of the six family cottages the following configurations are available:
Three luxury family cottages with two bedrooms that can accomodate a maximum of 4 people.
Three standard family cottages with two bedrooms that can accomodate 6 to 8 people.
