The new luxurious Victoria Falls Safari Club is sited on an expansive plateau within the magnificent grounds of the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge resort, bordering the renowned Zambezi National Park. The lodge is just four kilometres from the thundering Victoria Falls, a World Heritage Site and Natural Wonder of the World.

The Club’s elevated location affords guests panoramic views of pristine bushveld and spectacular African sunsets. The on-site waterhole provides year-round game-viewing.

Accommodation

Victoria Falls Safari Club comprises of sixteen Club Rooms and four Club Suites. The opulent rooms are stylishly decorated in African prints and colours, while the modern open design creates a sense of spaciousness. Each room has a private screened balcony with spectacular views, and a full en-suite bathroom. The expansive suites have a separate, sumptuously furnished, lounge area.

Situated within the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge grounds, the newly built Victoria Falls Safari Suites consist of two 3-bedroomed Safari Suites and four 2-bedroomed Safari Suites

The 3-bedroomed Safari Suites have a Gallery Bedroom upstairs with a walk-in rainfall shower and two bedrooms downstairs (one with bath and a walk-in rainfall shower and one with a walk-in rainfall shower).
The 2-bedroomed Safari Suites have a Gallery Bedroom upstairs with a walk-in rainfall shower and one bedroom downstairs (with bath and a walk-in rainfall shower).
Facilities in the safari suites include lounge with LCD TV, Wi-Fi, courtesy counter with minibar refrigerator, preparation sink, Nespresso machine, beverage station, popcorn maker and iPod docking station.

Wildlife

Victoria Falls Safari Club is surrounded by 80 000 hectares of bushveld and borders the unfenced Zambezi National Park. The nearby waterhole is frequented by wildlife, including buffalo, elephant, hyena, and a variety of plains game.

The Club can arrange game drives or bush walks in the Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park. The park is home to lion, zebra, giraffe, warthog, a variety of antelope species, and the only rhinos in Zambia. Elephants roam freely through the park and the surrounding area.

Over 600 species of birds are found in the region. The best birding is along the Zambezi River, upstream from the Falls, and in the rain forest section of the Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park. Specialities include Bradfield’s hornbill, marabou storks, the iconic African Fish Eagle, Verreauxs’ Eagle, Paradise flycatcher, and Lilac-breasted roller.

• Travel east towards the A8;

• Turn left onto the A8;

• After 19.3 km turn left onto Reynard Road;

• After 1.9 km turn right;

• After 270 m take a slight left.
