Accommodation

Five Luxurious canvas tents are highly spacious and designed with extensively soft furnishing which is full of rich African colours. Besides these tents are developed on platforms which maximize the privacy of people all the time. Every tent comprises private deck for allowing game sighting personally and closely. These camps are positioned in territory which is renowned to be the Home of Rhino. Apart from this, home-prepared meals and romantic oil lamps served in the Lapa adds unique out of Africa experience to this trip.

Wildlife

Home to around 60 mammals, 300 bird species, 100 plant types and numerous reptile and insect species, Mabula Private Game Reserve is the heartland of the safari experience and wonderful Limpopo accommodation. Here, all nature’s wonders are revered, from the ‘Big Five’ (Lion, Leopard, Buffalo, Elephant and Rhino); to the ‘Small Five’ (Ant Lion, Leopard Tortoise, Buffalo Weaver, Elephant Shrew and Rhino Beetle).

Directions

By Car;

Take N1 freeway towards Pretoria
Turn off onto Polokwane highway. Follow the road to Bela Bela.
Take the Bela Bela Settlers Codrington off ramp.
Turn left at yield sign and proceed for ± 5kms to t – junction turn right.
Go over bridge and turn left at the garage. Follow Thabazimbi Road.
Follow road past the Forever Resorts Aventura down to the traffic circle
At circle turn left on the Thabazimbi Rooiberg Road and proceed along for 34km.
Look out for the “Mabula Trading Store”. 500m past the store turn right on Rooiberg Road.
Follow Mabula signs for 11kms to Mabula gate.
